하루가 멀다하고 다양한 소셜 미디어들이 쏟아져나오고 있습니다. 블로그를 비롯해 트위터까지 뉴미디어는 올드 미디어의 자리를 넘보고 있습니다. 올드미디어는 올드미디어대로 나름의 신뢰를 회복하고 재도약 할 해법을 찾고 있지만 이를 위한 혁신의 과정은 요원한 형국입니다.
본 포럼은 시시각각 변화고 있는 미디어 생태계가 앞으로 어떤 모습으로 진화할지 올드미디어와 뉴미디어 관계자들이 한 자리에 모여 머리를 맞대 논의해보는 자리입니다. 올드미디어와 뉴미디어의 혁신적인 저널리즘을 위한 협업 모델은 무엇인지, 지속가능한 비즈니스 모델은 무엇인지 진지하게 토론하는 자리입니다.
이미 영미권에선 ‘미디어의 미래’를 둘러싼 다양한 담론들이 오가고 있습니다. 하지만 국내에선 학계 등에서 적극 나서지 않고 있습니다. 태터앤미디어는 미디어의 미래에 대해 고민하는 수많은 국내 관계자들을 위해 어렵게 이 자리를 마련했습니다. 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드립니다.
